09/27/2020 visited this branch to clarify the details of the account. I was forced to communicate with a certain Kovalchuk Yulia, the department controller - as we managed to find out. When asked about the details of the account and balances, I received one phrase in response: "Passport!" Communicates in boorish and greyhound format. More precisely, he is completely unable to communicate with clients. All questions are answered by something that is not asked of her at all. The final was: "Take a calculator and count, everything is in the statement" - to my question, explain the details of the statement. Not competent in account matters, account closure, depositing funds to the current account (IBAN). Terms of closing accounts. She answered 90% of the questions - you communicated in a chat with support, so write to them or call the hotline. I ask you to take qualifying, educational, training and financially punishable measures to this employee. Ideally: give a chance to improve, maybe her day was not going well, before the first complaint, if there is one, such an employee should clearly be fired
