I opened a deposit in my account. Circumstances force to close it ahead of schedule. However, the department staff refused me. There are no grounds for refusing to extradite MY money to me. Why can't I take my money? The funny thing is - when I said that I would refuse the services of Oschadbank once and for all, the employee joyfully said "Yes please!" . I’ll never turn again !!!

From the pros - a remote location: it happens that people are not many. ATMs are newer than in other departments. This bank If you ask (and politely!), Someone because of the glass can go out and help with the ATMs and payment terminal. Staff in general is not interested in having clients. Still less - in the maintenance of these. "Girl" does not like younger, when she is distracted from some of her affairs in the computer. At me three sat to its or her neighbor, and this with displeasure "has agreed" to accept one. Computers hanging; The queue quickly grew to 6-8 each. They left, having agreed that they would call back, how it would work out and they would do everything we needed there. We are waiting for a call so far ... Well, the bank is still that; that it is possible - we solve in other banks. But this department additionally proves that the availability of more modern equipment is not yet an excuse for a better job.
