Terrible service I have not yet met. After receiving the SMS about the arrival, the parcel arrived to receive it, but in the department I was told, to put it mildly, rudely that the parcel was there, but they could not issue it, to the question why I was answered with a cry that they had nothing to do, and the SMS still does not mean anything ... further snorted if you want to wait indefinitely.
