Не рекомендую співпрацювати з інтернет-магазином "Фазенда". Цей коментар може бути корисним тим, хто займається вирощуванням винограду в невеликих кількостях. Тим, кому немає необхідності здобувати великий обсяг препаратів. За свідченням одного виноградаря, досвід і думка, до якої я прислухаюся, звернулася в Інтер-магазин "Фазенда" для замовлення препаратів, які я збираюся використовувати на своїй ділянці. Серед інших я замовила: Антракол Фунгіцид - Виробник: Bayer; Танос Фунгіцид - Виробник: DuPont; Фалькон Фунгіцид - Виробник: Bayer. У невеликих обсягах, наївно вважаючи, що магазин подбав про роздрібніх покупців і справив розфасовку оригінальних препаратів в невеликі обсяги. Я була впевнена, що це будуть препарати, заявлені на сайті. Але яке ж було моє здивування коли препарати Фалькон і Танос були ТОВ "БелАгроРост" Белорусь, а Антракол "ТОВ Зелена аптека садовода" Раша. Інтернет-магазин, при спілкуванні зі мною, про підтвердження мною замовлення, і словом не обмовився про підміну препаратів. Вважаю це неприпустимим. Тому не рекомендую покупки в цьому магазині. Відповідь на Вашу відповідь від 02.03.2021 Я не мала можливості ні від чого відмовитися, тому, що зі мною ні хто не спілкувався і не пропонував препарти Байєр, Дюпон у великій упаковці, взагалі ні в який. У Вас на сайті є фото препарату, є назва виробника і є розфасовка. Коли покупець вибирає дрібну розфасовку, Ви не вказуєте, що це буде препарат іншого виробника. Ви обманюєте покупців. Ви не попереджаєте покупців, перед оплатою замовлення, що препарати в дрібній упаковці інших виробників. Пропонуєте оригінальні препарати, замінюючи їх іншими виробниками. І своєю відповіддю на мою скаргу Ви також робите некоректно, переконуючи потенційних покупців, що це я відмовилася від запропонованих препаратів.

On Friday, I needed a fungicide - Previkur for tomato seedlings. Found this product in the Fazenda store. I called all the phone numbers listed on the site, but they did not answer any number, although it was the height of the working day. This made me incredulous! After half an hour, the girl called back. She said that 500ml. not available there is only 1000ml. All products are original and certified. I needed Previkur urgently, so I clarified if I place an order today, will it be sent immediately? They answered me: the goods are sent daily and if I order them today they will be sent tomorrow !. The next day, on Saturday, I paid for the product on the card, called and asked to send a Certificate for the drug along with the product. A new (already different) girl told me that there is no certificate available, but they can request it from the manufacturer's company. I asked that the goods be sent (since I need it urgently!) And the certificate was sent by e-mail. But I was told that THE GOODS WILL NOT BE SENDED TOMORROW! (although yesterday I was told that the dispatch is daily). And the certificate will only be on Monday. Well, OK! Then I asked to send the goods on Monday along with the certificate! They promised me to do it! As a result - the goods were sent to me on Tuesday, I received it on Thursday. There is a certificate - just printed on a regular sheet in A4 format but with a FOP stamp! And it's okay that the certificate is in English and what the Fazenda store has to do with it is unknown and incomprehensible. Something like this!!! Would I recommend this store to you ??? Maybe yes! But if there is an alternative would weigh the pros and cons! Of the minuses: 1. it is difficult to get through (no one picks up the phone at all numbers), 2. different managers say different information on sending the goods (when and how the goods will be sent), 3. the goods were sent at the wrong time. Of the pluses: 1. The manager herself called back, 2. Managers know how to listen and hear (only the first was a little rude, the second spoke politely), 3. At the request, they sent a certificate! Therefore, I give 4 stars.
