The monument is located in Victory Park. Nearby there is an alley of fellow heroes, a monument to the Chernobyl victims, an obelisk to fallen soldiers. The monument is maintained in good condition. The park itself is in decline. Everything "arrives" on the former investments of the Soviet era. This monument has a very interesting story, as our compatriot, Hero of the Soviet Union, served as the prototype of the soldier. The bad thing is that along the path to it some "people" drive cars. In 2017, such a picture was observed when traffic cops drove by who “kept order”.
