UkrSib"bank" surprises all the time again with its unique interpretations of the already pathologic insane legislation of NBU...to change 100 EUR as non-client to UAH - give passport,wait 10 mins - being questioned,why - "its our internal reglement". C est magnifique! If you want a bank with the unique combination of french arrogance a la grande nation and ukrainian buerokratija a la Oschadbank, voila, UkrSib"bank" will make you glad;-)!

The collective farm with a decent appearance. The estimate is based on comparison with PrivatBank. Make a card - wait two weeks. Close other cards - do it yourself - we are here for nothing. Closer to Sovdepovsky Bank :(
