And even more inconvenience is that customers who are going to change the amount above 100k UAH serve without a queue in the same box office. That is, you can be in a queue 2-gm, but wait 1 hour (or more!) Minutes, because the service to such customers is much longer, which makes you feel disrespectful of the bank to other clients. If they are so important to the bank, let them be opened up by the head of the department! Bank service should not be executed at the expense of other clients! For example, I stand in line with everyone, because I know that the cashier is the same. Also, I want to pay attention that you must have a phone with you, otherwise your visit to the bank will be fruitless. For some reason this is not emphasized anywhere. Would have hung up at least on the information board that it is impossible without telephone service! I had such a situation - I arrived in the city on a weekend, on Monday morning I traveled abroad and had to urgently open a currency card.
