I came on Monday morning to pick up the results of the PCR test that was done on Saturday, it turned out that we had to wait in the general queue, because there is only one person at the reception, who takes the patients and issues the results. In addition, it turned out that the result is not yet in the database, although an SMS to the phone with information about the result has already arrived (from another commercial medical institution). I believe that at this price level, this is not acceptable, so for efficiency and service is a large 0.

I recommend the ultrasound doctor Lyakhov OB as a professional !!! I am sincerely grateful to her !!! Ultrasound machine at the level! But I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CLINIC !!!! The negligence of the management regarding the observance of COVID-19 norms, the lack of masks from the clients and no reaction to this from Mr. PETROV himself !!! Because we take not quality, but quantity already! Outraged situation with the reception !!! Did not get an appointment with a doctor at another clinic where she was previously booked, due to a delay of 2 hours of her appointment! Which is costly for me since I'm not local! Mr. PETROV, without queuing and without apology to the patients who were waiting for an appointment, stabbed an ultrasound of a man who allegedly needed hospitalization, but did not even wait for the conclusion of the previous patient! The woman was asked to wait and the procedure was interrupted in the middle of the reception! Also, it is not clear which surgeon referred that gentleman for an ultrasound with appendicitis, when he fortunately had a normal intestinal stagnation!

Friendly staff. It is possible to sign a declaration with a family doctor and use a comfortable service. It does not feel like the doctor is trying to prescribe as many unnecessary medications and tests as possible.

Passed a PCR test on the code for a trip to Croatia. The phone was told that the result would be sent to the post office. At the reception they were surprised when they heard this. The mail address was written down on a piece of paper. In fact, the result was not received in the mail. I downloaded the result from the site, but there the surname and name are written only in Cyrillic. The process itself went smoothly. They passed the analysis at 10 o'clock, the result was ready on the same day at about 16 o'clock.
