Employees are not competent, an SMS arrives that the parcel is at the branch and is waiting, the workers say that they sent it to another branch (for some reason) after calling why I don't pick it up, I go to the branch and again there is no parcel. Minus 2/3 of the time, and no parcel

Employees of the department 88018 are just great, patient and tolerant with each client! They always call if the parcel arrived, Even the smallest parcel from China finds me in time
