Very friendly, helpful and polite people working in this place, but it isn't 4*. Clean bedding, but very poor mattress. As it is located in the tiny town, it's probably good enough for this area, but you can't expect to get the same level of service as in proper hotel. Area surrounding the site looks very poor and the road leading up to it just a dirt track with the big puddles after the rain

Great hotel to stay in Carpathians. It is located between Synevyr lake and Borgava. Hotel offers pool, sauna, Wi-Fi and other services you expect from 4 stars hotel.
