Never in my life left negative reviews! But this institution left only bad impressions in my memories! . Visited it up to 8 times and each time left with bad impressions! Last time I was most impressed !!!! We were divorced by a waiter for 160 UAH, and we left another 50 for a tip! People as it is possible, not to give the rest, and also not to bring the check (throw out) when you are asked for the account and the rest in the 2nd. (Well, it's still possible to understand, maybe a person ran in and somehow did not see that you need to give the rest, everything happens.) And that's another half of the problems we came up with. The girl ordered a kettle that was heated and spoiled, because of which she was severely poisoned, and I will not go into details about how exactly she spent the next 2 days, well, at least with a temperature of 38 .. ... Everything is very stylish, it looks delicious, but the waiters, despite the fact that several tables are busy, do not have time to approach you, although you ask them to come as soon as possible because they are in a hurry, and they smoke on the street or talk on the phone. The table was not wiped, very rarely fit, the bill was carried for an hour and a half, I have not seen ( Surprisingly, at first glance everything is very good and a different level of service is expected. I hope that the management sees these comments and corrects the current situation, because I am sure that everything is easy to change)

A wonderful and cozy place to relax in the Carpathians. Kitchen, houses - all at a very high level. Nice, neat, clean. Very friendly staff. Adequate prices. The only downside is that it is on the road, to admire the views of the mountains, you need to drive a little. But for everything else, it's a wonderful place to go back to.

We went to a restaurant for lunch, but did not live in cottages. Very tasty cuisine! Banosh, Caesar, bograch, mushroom soup - all on top. Pleasant service, stylish interior. I really wanted to come there on vacation) I recommend)

Spent 4 delightful days at the hotel and unforgettably celebrated the New Year in the hotel restaurant, I have not met the best rest and service in Ukraine, very pleasant staff, incredibly delicious cuisine, tried to try everything, did not have time)) Vera, individual thanks to you for the hospitality, cozy rooms, mental rest, in the summer we will definitely come again. P.s .: and, of course, the nature, which the hotel has plunged into, fascinates with views and murmur of mountain rivers !!!!! Who doubts where to go to the Carpathians, choose Michelle's Travel House !!!!

Restaurant 10 out of 10! Veal and steaks - 🔥🔥🔥 Real chocolate fondant and strudel, I highly recommend
