I don't know what place, I wanted to get here, 2 times I ordered a call through the site, I called myself, I wrote in instagram. I was told that they would call back. And I'm waiting for a call until now.

I am very satisfied. Was at the staining and manicure. The coloring was done perfectly, they made my dream come true. I had a difficult coloring, the girls are smart. The manicure was done by master Inna. A good master, I recommend, evenly, neatly, sterile, everything I like.

After that, the "salon" had to go to a normal institution to correct the miracle that was done on my head. The result of my trip here was an uneven and unprofessional hairstyle. The master (name not asked), who recently works in this barbershop, left a terrible impression. It may sound very strange, but my head was torn with a comb during the constant careless combing of my hair (although I made remarks, but it seems that someone else just can not). And this is not because "my skin is sensitive", because I have never had such a thing in any salon. In addition, the result itself - the haircut did not cause positive emotions: in some places protruded normally uncut strands. This was my second visit to Arlen, because the first one left only positive impressions and the master was wonderful and professional. But after such an experience I will never come here again. I would like to wish this institution a more responsible approach to the selection of staff, because they are the ones who make your reputation.
