Today was my first and definitely last visit to this "Spa"! I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone, do not waste time, just bypass Play! Absolutely primitive service, even with an inadequate, frankly wild price tag! We were returning from Krasia and specially drove an extra hour to steam in the saunas and steam room. As it turned out on the spot, in the so-called "World of Saunas" worked only Russian sauna and "Ice Room", and that with a positive temperature. The water in the pool was not cold (and should be) and also highly chlorinated. This "Spa", after all, like the whole complex "Play" - is actually an example of typical Ukrainian gossip! To save on everything, why it is possible and to tear for it crazy grandmothers - 200 UAH. for an hour, here is such a "Spa" with one working sauna !? But you don't have people because the prices are wild and nothing works! About such "little things" as the lack of dispensers with shampoo in some showers, sharp metal pins sticking out of the handrails (on the stairs to the sauna) and other mistakes, I will not say. I hope the "Inspector" will get to you and it will all show ... ps and as for the ski descent - there are no queues in Krasiya, the track is better, and the ski pass is 2.5 times cheaper! That's why I will never go skating on Play! Especially the prices here as in Austria or Italy. I want the owners (they say this to Yushchenko) to start looking soberly at the business, because the borders will be opened and who will go to you ... p.p.s. read other comments - I can only wish you to close as soon as possible and forever! Play is a shame of Lviv region!

Good spa. After skiing you can relax. Yesterday (Tuesday) there were 3 saunas, which was quite enough: Finnish, Russian and Turkish. We liked Finnish the most. In the lobby at the exit of the sauna - shower, tub with cold water, there is water in the cooler, which is also important. Towels are issued at the entrance to the center, there is a locker room, lockers, hair dryers. You can also buy flip-flops (UAH 80), sauna caps, etc. in the store. You can sign up for a massage: 350 hryvnias for half an hour of foot massage - just what you need after skiing! Plus saunas, swimming pools and a really relaxing relaxation area. I liked everything, but most of all I relaxed on the hay bed: the unique aroma of hay combined with light music, the sounds of water, nice turquoise colors around, fish in the aquarium - and all, you're in space, and then come back refreshed on the ground :) Very thanks to the center for this idea. Pools are good: two paths of 25 meters, a separate large pool with Jacuzzi elements, small pools for children. There are even small jumping towers. And cribs nearby. In short, we are very pleased. Regarding the price: 200 hryvnias per person per hour (all inclusive). That was enough for us.

The location is good. 2 large swimming pools with different water temperatures. There is a slide for kids. And 2 warm Jacuzzis. Many saunas: Roman, Russian, Cedar, Finnish. There is a Salt and Cold room. The staff is good. We were lucky to arrive at lunchtime and there was almost no one there. For prices, I would like to be cheaper.

This year 2021 is just great !!! Everything is fine! The staff is polite and friendly. The bath deserves the highest praise! Now there is a bather Sasha, who monitors the steam and the proper temperature in the steam room. Such an easy couple has never been since the founding of the spa! Everything is tidy, clean, well-groomed. In the relaxation room innovations - couches made of real hay, the aroma and atmosphere creates a wonderful! The general massage is also at a high level, thanks to the masseur Tatiana! Rest really in the best European traditions! I recommend!

Nice, warm. But not all saunas work, in the pool very burning eyes from "chlorine". Rested 02.01.2021 the water in the pool is cold, the thermometer says 31 ', in fact 20 degrees no more, all the people who were almost no one bathed.
