In this studio, the top hairdresser is Nikita, she recommended him to friends, everyone has only positive reviews. But I will not do a manicure even if I really press the time as it was today. It was necessary to remove the cover and get a manicure. The master does not do a trim manicure, okay refused. Removal was done only with an apparatus and a file. Knowing that I will not cover the master left my nails in this state. I have one question - are the masters really satisfied with this kind of mutilated nails? Is this really considered normal? I am writing this comment only so that clients know what they are doing. I would call this service: nails on the asphalt.

Nice atmosphere, competent staff. I liked that my master Nikita advised how to improve the haircut option that I wanted, taking into account the characteristics of my hair.

Came to the master Victoria for a Mallet haircut. She refused to cut her hair the way I wanted, we somehow agreed on an even square to the chin. It turned out to be a crooked thing with jambs and irregularities. The cut is not even and is longer than agreed. Terrible master, I will never come here again.

I visited this studio and was not very pleased with the service. I registered for a manicure on Instagram, the administrator did not specify which manicure I want. When I was already sitting in the chair and they did the removal, I found out that my master only does a trim manicure, which I never do, I do hardware, but there was nowhere to go. Only upon arrival at the salon the administrator was already in the mood for me. I waited until 17:20 (the recording was at 17:00) and only then the master called me. They did not explain the reason for the delay, I did not hear any apologies for the delay either from the master or from the administrator. After doing the manicure and I went to the reception, I immediately heard the amount of payment without further ado. I would like the staff to be interested in whether I liked them, talked, spent time with the client, and did not immediately name the amount. The administrator in this salon is like a cashier in a regular supermarket, and not the first person in the salon.

Madly upset after visiting the salon. Not only can I just cry over my stumps instead of nails, but it was also the most painful manicure in my life. About cleanliness and say nothing. Before me all 2 hours lay someone's cropped nails. Now I compare all the salons in the district. This one seemed so neat. I thought I would become a regular customer. In the end - no more foot.
