I waited 5 days for a call (since the site indicated that I should wait from 1 to 5 days) and called again, where I insisted on checking the parcel by name and it turned out that the parcel had been in place for a long time and no one informed me, as if on declaration was an error in the phone number. When I came to pick up the parcel, it just lay on the table without care, where someone who could not just pick it up (and it was a very important document) and the main thing was that the parcel clearly displayed my address and the correct phone number. A very negligent attitude and not mail, sorry, the "Sharashkina office".

The branch in Zhmerynka, although not large, is the cleanest and somehow well-groomed, unlike other carriers.
