I did not meet such a beastly attitude from the master Victoria even in the "express haircut" for 60 hryvnias. Khamila raised her voice and, at my request to switch to Ukrainian, because I understand Russian every now and then, responded with rudeness that is unacceptable for an adequate person.
All the other staff are well done, but as it turns out in the family is not without .....
It's just awful.
There's a girl "master" Vika, the horrible ham is still not neatly cut, not only did she stab her in the eye with scissors and instead of cutting, as I asked, she says: why is that haircut so good for you, and that's it. badly....
I have been visiting the Salon for many years and I am very grateful for the warm atmosphere, always pleasant administrators and Victoria's professionalism! Thank you very much!
I was in the salon a week ago for a hair treatment by Lanza. From the effect I was pleasantly surprised. My hair has a Healthy shine, which I have not seen for a couple of years. Master Victoria gave very good advice on care. I'm going to change my haircut, we'll see ... then I'll share the result with you))))
