They don't pick up the phone, I can't find out about the receipt of the parcel, although the Ukrpochta program informs that it has been received for the fourth day in this department, and no mail or electronic message has been received. Parcels are not issued without it. And the phone is silent. These are the responsible employees here. I will no longer use Ukrposhta services.
