The order was made on June 2, 2020, promised to deliver in a month (possible delays as the publishing house AST, Russian). A month has passed, there is no information from the store, I called - they said it was delayed, we have to wait another month. This was repeated 2 or 3 more times (each time I called myself, the store did not report anything), in October I resigned myself and scored to order. And only in February I received a call that the order had arrived, without apologies and explanations. He asked, as compensation, that the store pay for the delivery, to which the operator agreed. Today I took the order, not only was the delivery at my expense, but also the total amount was higher than in the orders on the site. In a word - I strongly do not recommend ordering something from foreign publishers here, you can't wait.

Unfortunately, I also came across the fact that the site stated that the book was available, placed an order (and what a happiness that took the payment overlay), that day no one called from the operators (it was October 17) saw the missed call the next day, found on the Internet that this is the number of the "bench" and called back, but no one answered the other day was again missed by them, I called again, this time knocked out the call)) so for a few days I was not able to contact the operators, and finally, after a few days of waiting, they called again and said that the book is not available, it will be figured out where to order, and you need to wait 3-4 weeks, I agreed, because in principle the book is for myself, I can wait and here, already on December 24, on the site it is impossible to trace the order really, it is processed approximately from October 20 I strongly do not recommend this online store, service - horror why specify books that are not available, secondly, the work of operators who can not be contacted for several days - it does not fit into any framework, and accordingly, thirdly, instead of the promised 3-4 weeks, the book goes for more than 2 months, information about the product - no, messages do not come in the mail and the status of the product on the site has not been updated since October be careful with this online store
