The situation is similar with furniture on the -1 floor. I ordered a kitchen corner, was told to wait 2 weeks when the deadline expired, and I called to pick it up, it was said verbatim: "who will make you a corner for 2 weeks, you have to wait a month" By the way, she made a prepayment of 200 UAH, no documents of confirmation were given, except for a piece of paper with the phone number of the seller and her hand written "prepayment 200". In general, they were waiting for a corner of 2 places, they were supposed to bring their parents to the village, so they were waiting for a car. Today they came to the warehouse to pick it up at last, to which they heard "come 25, and take it away, because there is nobody". The man once settled the situation, but with sadness we half-seized the goods. I do not recommend this office to anyone! They do not know what their production time is, and the work schedule of the warehouse. Only the nerves killed and the long waiting time.

In this shopping center there are two or more companies that sell furniture (as far as I understand), but in this case, I'm writing about a company that is on the -1 floor (the windows above are closed with glass, you immediately notice when approaching the building). I do not know how others, but this order cost me a lot of nerves. Ordered a table and a closet. Said to wait 2 weeks. After 2 weeks it turned out that they forgot to write something down, so the closet will have to wait 2 weeks again. At the same time, no one, of course, offered any discount or free delivery / assembly. When they said that we have been waiting for two weeks, they offered to take another closet, which is already in stock, but it has a slightly different color and a print on all the glass. At the expense of a print the case is 800 hryvnias more expensive, but will give at the price without a print. This cabinet did not fit, so we decided to wait for the ordered. It's been two weeks ... They bring a closet, promised to come together with someone who will collect it, but for some reason he was not there. When asked where the person who will compose was answered, "She should have contacted you." It turned out that this is a worker they just offer, and he gives them part of his earnings. When he contacted him, he claimed that he had been calling since 4 o'clock and could not call. It turned out that he was also given the wrong phone number to which a company representative said "sorry". And since it was about 7 o'clock, the collector said that he would come tomorrow. Then the fun began. People who delayed delivery for 2 weeks, gave the wrong number to the collector, demanded to pay the full cost of the cabinet and table, although to check the availability of all items was pointless at the time and it would be logical to do during assembly. On the offer to give almost the entire amount (excluding 500-1000) hryvnias was a sure "no" and the word that we will find another buyer. In the end, however, somehow managed to agree and did not pay for delivery. Now the closet and table are assembled - everything is fine. But think about whether you need that closet, if there is a possibility to spoil your nerves like that, and the people who do it will obviously not treat you as people and admit their guilt !!!
