There are long queues, but not all cash registers work. In the last visit - a queue in the hall, corridor + outside 10-12 people. To resolve the issue - 10 minutes + 2 hours of the queue. Additions - the queues are even bigger. And the office on the bank's website, which was created "to be faster" - worked 2 times a week, and then from the 20th attempt came, gave an error, not a browser but on the site itself, and each time asked for a login and password.
