Terrible living conditions. Dirty room (I lived in 3), bad smell, dirty bedding (photo attached), broken furniture and cornice. The staff was nice at first until I asked to replace the bed with a clean one. I waited a very long time, in the end I was still rude. The room is cold, the heater can not heat the room properly. In a word - horror. It is very sad that today there are still such terrible living conditions and low level of service. I do not recommend. 😔

The rooms are old, dirty. The room smells of persistent fume (even "oil in the fire" adds the smell of a stuffy bar filled with holidaymakers from the street). A bathroom with old plumbing, the shower is flowing, the toilet seems to be washed, but well, the smell of urine is very sharp. Water in the shower "summer" in winter. But you do not want to use the shower either, it molds around. The only thing is friendly staff. That's all. Breakfast is not included, the price for a double room is 300 UAH, for an additional common place - "folding bed" - another +100 UAH. If you want to eat - the bar from 10:00 seems to be working. There is a menu. 😏
