I think a good hotel

The Hotel Garmonia is close to the Pochiav Lavra. Their check out time is 12:00, and if you are in attendance of a liturgy at the Lavra, it does run past 12:00 and the hotel charges a 25 Uah a late check out fee. We stayed there all n January and the room was extremely cold and the bed was not very comfortable because it was ice cold, like sleeping on a block of ice. The hotel does offer free WiFi in their rooms. They offer deluxe rooms with a private bath, or rooms that have shared bath in the hall.

The only minus-window in our 3rd room faced the street, which is lit, and there were no curtains. Personally for me it is discomfort (and from a physiological point of view, you need to sleep in the dark))) And so, everything is ok.

Fairly decent hostel. Not far from the Lavra. Friendly staff.
