This institution is just a disgrace to the Ternopil region. I urge everyone to avoid. We rested a week ago. Terrible attitude towards people. And the owners, after paying the money, you will not find. In a telephone conversation arrogant, uneducated, impudent. This is the worst place to rest.

We came to you yesterday to rest in a house with a fireplace. We did not expect such unsanitary conditions in the house and in the abandoned territory of the base (in the house and gazebo there are faeces of mice everywhere, dirty floor, no water in the pond ...) and we came with 4 families with small children. We discussed with you by phone and sent a photo with 4 bedrooms and an extra bed in the living room. As a result of what we saw, we did not try to contact you many times, but we completely ignored you. Vacationers in the next house are also not satisfied with the conditions for recreation, because the photos on the site and the real situation are significantly different. In other words, a scam. We are very disappointed with this situation, the holiday failed, and we all waited for it (((We were forced to return home.
