Good teaching staff. Even comparing with universities, the desire of teachers to teach students is still preserved here !!! So I put 5. The institution itself is still Soviet, but is gradually being renovated. The hostel is a kind, but well-groomed in the middle. There is a stadium and sports grounds. Very beautiful landscape.
