We rented a car for a trip from Kiev to Odessa. There were no signs of trouble, the staff were friendly, we were assured that all technical aspects were in perfect order, and the appropriate technical inspections were carried out. The staff was informed where we were going (not to the next street for bread), which path had to be overcome and the car was chosen especially for this reliable. During the trip, we noticed strange noises when braking and during the inspection it turned out that the problem was in the pads. We started calling the rental staff and immediately faced aggression and disrespectful behavior, they say, decide for yourself. As a result, after numerous calls and wasted nerves, the pads were replaced in one of a hundred. The rest was ruined as more than half of the weekend ran through deciding where to get new pads and who will replace them for us. At a hundred, they explained to us that the car was in disrepair, the right block was worn out by 100%. But the worst was yet to come. Hoping for the support and understanding of the staff, upon returning to Kiev, we faced rudeness and threats from the owners of the lease, who were not going to admit their guilt and stood their ground to the end. our lives were in jeopardy, our rest was ruined. the owners of the office are simply boors and impudent people.

I booked the car in advance because I flew to Kiev for a week. The guys met at the Zhuliany Airport and drove me a car, so I didn't have to use a taxi. The service is at a high level, the car is in excellent condition (almost like new), the staff is responsive and goes to a meeting.
