Warned that it is necessary to bring the rubber mounts of the radiator. On the way home, I myself remembered that the installation would still need a generator belt, since it was started bypassing the compressor. At 12 o'clock the next day, no one called me back about the presence of bolts and the need to replace the belt. But when asked if there were any bolts, upon arrival at a hundred, they immediately said no. They also remembered that another belt was needed. Where I should have looked for it already upon arrival at a hundred, as well as the bolts is not clear. They found a frayed tube and sent me to solder it myself at my "partners" + 500 UAH and 2 hours of my time. On Friday evening it was reported that the car could be picked up only on Monday (although before that it was stipulated that Saturday was a shortened day, not a day off) On Monday, at about 12, I was informed that the compressor did not fit (according to the location of the tubes) I was selected by wine code , most likely an error in the manufacturer's database. They offered to re-order a suitable one from their suppliers, like HCC, but packed cargo (I have not seen the box) 7200 UAH. On Tuesday, again at about 12, they tell me that the car can be picked up and paid, they rounded up - 15,000 UAH. It turns out that 7300 UAH for work, and not 4000-4500, as agreed earlier. 3000 more. Everything is calculated in the calculation. Replacing every rubber band, every little thing. The cleaning in the calculation became 4000 UAH, not 3000, TRV 900 UAH, not 500. When I asked why the prices had changed, they said that they were like that, they say I didn't understand something. When they found out that I had all the conversations recorded, they said that more flushing fluid had gone and the system was very dirty. Half an hour later they called back and said that the main radiator plug had broken (there were no problems with it before). They offered to order for another 150 UAH. Upon arrival, it turned out that the light, beige carpet in the cabin was all trampled by fuel oil, although it was in the dry cleaner just before a hundred. It was claimed that he was. Dry cleaning with the removal of fuel oil cost 300 UAH. It stinks of acid in the car and under the hood. They recommended doing a bacterial cleaning of the evaporator, but they themselves do not. On the way home, it turned out that the signal also stopped working. I do not know if it was flooded or the wiring was damaged, it has yet to be sorted out. This is another 500+ UAH. One season warranty. In general, thanks for the work, we have restored the long-awaited air conditioner. But the quality of service delivery needs to be done well. Too not transparent pricing policy, you have to kick a lot yourself, many third-party defects after the work done. P.S. After 2 weeks, all the freon came out, at the gas station it turned out that the gasket on the compressor fitting had burst. The one who counted 50 UAH each. Either they didn't choose the size, or they dressed it like that, or the gasket of this quality. I called here - they said that they were busy next week, therefore, another + 700 UAH for refueling the system.
