We waited 20 minutes and went to the cashier and said that there were no people in the warehouse, and the guy said either wait in the car or take the money. They took the money and bought exactly the same rubber at another store for 100 UAH cheaper. It is a pity that people do not like or appreciate their work.

During personal communication with Alexander, I was interested in the delivery time. The answer was as follows - sending on the same day (order day) + delivery by mail for a maximum of 2 days. It's been 5 days, I called back, another manager answered. I explained the situation to him, he replied that he would tell the problem to the manager who placed the order (ie Alexander) and the latter would call me back. Nobody called back. It's been 8 days. Arrived at Supra in person (spent personal time, fuel costs, and hence own funds). I asked Alexander about my order. I received the answer that the tires did not arrive and it is unknown whether they will arrive. Of course, the question arises why I was not immediately called and informed about the situation, I immediately asked about it. I did not receive an answer. As a result: 8 days are lost - as a result of temperature "-", and winter tires are not present, the queue for record on tire installation is lost.
