The worst provider! I do not advise anyone. They would just earn money, but nobody thinks about people. I connected their home Internet at the rate "All together. Plus" for 140 UAH per month. Immediately after the wizard was connected to me and told to refill the personal account, I did so. Then two weeks later it turned out that I had somehow changed the tariff, for 180 UAH per month, without my knowledge. And those 140 UAH that I replenished simply disappeared from the account, and the Internet was disconnected! I had to refill the account, but already for 180 UAH, so that there was Internet. When I called customer service, they told me that they did not make up for the money and said that I was to blame for everything! In short, I change the provider!
