The T. family thanks the Dioptria medical center for their work and respectful attitude towards us and our 79-year-old grandfather. But to write only this way is to say nothing. So I want to tell my story. Almost a year ago my father was diagnosed with cataract. He did not immediately turn to specialists, since he did not trust doctors. I picked up the glasses myself. In the meantime, cataracts have progressed in both eyes. I started reading through a magnifying glass. I left a magnifying glass on the newspaper on the window, caught fire, almost burned out myself. There was a huge fire. After that I stopped doing anything around the house - I didn't see. He began to withdraw into himself. I stopped going outside, since we live on the third floor - I fell down the stairs. As a result, when there was only fog in his eyes, he lay down on the sofa facing the wall and refused to get up, pretended to be asleep all day, almost did not eat. We've lost it! A friend told me about the center, and I persuaded my father to just get checked. But the experts treated him so well and attentively that he agreed to surgery for one eye (the one that is worse, they say, has nothing to lose). I went with fear. But after the operation a new, completely different life began, and my grandfather had already fled to the second operation with the question "Well, soon?" Now he has almost 100% vision, and everything has changed in our family. He makes plans, enjoys life. And we also got the opportunity to see the world around us and live a full life. After all, before the operation, from morning to evening, all attention was paid to the father. Indeed, we are very grateful to the Dioptria team for their professionalism, kind hearts and the way they treat everyone who comes to them with a problem. I wish you success and desire to always achieve the best results. Although for us you are already the best. Thanks you. If it were possible to estimate in minuses - would put a minus. I have long wanted to write a review that we do not recommend this ophthalmology center. Briefly about our case -> My brother has genetically poor eyesight (astegmatism) + one eye sees better and one much worse. Last year, they decided to check their eyesight and pick up glasses at the Diopter. The doctor conducted an examination, as if he had picked up a degree and prescribed a prescription for the manufacture of spectacle lenses. A week passed, they came to pick up the order .. the brother puts on his glasses and says that the eye that sees badly sees better, and the eye, that sees more in percentage in the glasses does not see at all, to which the consultant said it was all because that the eyes are not used to looking at the right angle, you need to wear glasses every day and over time everything will be ok. To the question: "Who is the manufacturer of lenses?", The consultant answered "Lenses are as prescribed by a doctor." Two weeks later, the discomfort of wearing glasses did not go away, so my brother refused to wear glasses at all. What I lead to -> After a while we went for an examination to the Kyiv ophthalmological center "New Vision". After checking the vision on the device, it turned out that the Myrhorod doctor had incorrectly determined the percentage of vision, and the lenses in the glasses were also incorrectly selected. Even according to the doctor's prescription, the degrees of the lenses were confused, so my brother saw a blurred picture when he wore glasses. And if, on the recommendation of Dioptria employees, he wore those "wrong" glasses regularly, his eyesight would deteriorate even more. Such gold and irresponsibility. Instead, in "New Star" we were professionally and easily consulted, explained all the details, helped to select and place orders for contact lenses. I will not even wish this center to the enemy! At first glance, everyone is so polite and understanding in their work, but it's not! My mother had an operation in Dioptria, where she was told that she had a cataract and needed to put a lens, we did it, paid 12 thousand, and as a result my mother had a chief of staff. After that, my mother's eye became inflamed and became even worse than before the operation. We went to Kyiv, were in 3 clinics, where everyone said that she could not put a lens and that she had a completely different diagnosis, as a result, that crystal burst in her eye and began to grow into the pupil. It's just a horror that she had to go through during this time and as a result she lost her sight altogether! Therefore I do not recommend to anyone this center, there charlatans, instead of doctors, for such in prison to you to sit. I personally know other people you have harmed because you are not diagnosing correctly! People go to other doctors for a consultation before doing something in Diopters. They prescribe operations to everyone, insert a crystal when a person does not need it yet !!!

Good afternoon, I was here with my grandfather. As a man of the old, Soviet school, he hates everything connected with medicine, but here he was surprisingly polite, courteous and even said later that these were the best doctors he had met. In general, everything is fine, I recommend this ophthalmological center!
