There are a lot of children activities here, like a dance and balley school and so on

House of culture is a government owned building offering cultural activities as a training center. It is located near Vorskla stadium, on right side of Europa Restaurant and in front of the Spartak Fitness Club in Poltava. On other side it touches to Independence Park where a new Fountain is constructed which dances with different colored lights. Babies take dancing, singing and other cultural activities classes.
