The staff is just Hamlo. The quality of things is terrible. We went to this store in the summer to buy shorts for a guy, they cost around 500 UAH. We come home, I take a closer look at them and understand that after 2 socks they just roll off, protruding threads and uneven seams are also very strained and we decided to hand the item back to the store. I go up and say this to the guy (who, ironically, turns out to be the admin in this store) yes, yes, to which the answer will follow in a rude form - I don't understand what you want to do, you cannot do it. I say, well, I need to return the product. And he starts yelling at me and proving that it is necessary to properly explain what I want to do. No, you need to pacify your tone and communicate normally with the buyer. He was rude for a long time and yelled. You at least checked the adequacy of the employees whom you arrange in the store, they still work with people. If your administrator knows a few words from legal terms, this does not mean that he is something. I understand that the store is designed for lower strata of the population and for students, but no one canceled the respectful attitude! And even the administrator is still the SERVICE STAFF! Fortunately, we can afford to buy things in stores with normal quality, and this purchase was a passing one. There is only one conclusion: I have always walked around this store, and it would have been better that I walked around that summer day too! HOPE SOME MANAGERS WILL SEE THIS FEEDBACK AND PAY ATTENTION THAT THE FISH IS ROTTING FROM THE HEAD! It would not hurt to put a good, adequate girl as an administrator!
