The apartment owner was so nice and the rooms were very clean! We will come back again!

If you have your own car, it's easy to park and not too far from the centre. Oleg the owner is very friendly, he speaks a good English and is very helpful. The Wi-Fi is good, sofa bed and the main bed are comfortable. Toilets are separated from shower. The Scandinavian style of this apartment is quite nice, 4 chairs in kitchen. We just ask Oleg to improve with more water and wine glasses and we are sure he will do it for next guests. We highly recommend him for a comfortable stay in the nice city which is Poltava

Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Stylish minimalism in the interior that relaxes after a hectic day. There are necessary utensils for preparing dinner. Clean white towels and linens. Excellent furniture, mattress and pillows. Large balcony with the ability to put a dryer for things. Quiet area, not far from the bus stop where all the necessary buses go to the city center. The owner is a very nice and friendly young man. Met as my friends. We will definitely address again. Recommended!
