I would like to answer Olga (review 9 months ago), I quote "The photo shows that the salmon of the nezrozumіly blue-orange koloru" ... Stop buying fish at ATB. Should the salmon have a bright color? Everything is very tasty. We previously ordered from different restaurants, but here are the tastiest sushi and rolls in town. Yesterday we made another order, a new set of 2021 appeared, and again did not disappoint. Juicy, tasty and fresh. Delivery at a height, never let down in time, always on time, it is very convenient to pay, there is a terminal. Everything is well packed. Ginger and sauce are enough. We will continue to order. This is the best restaurant for our family. Thanks to the KILOGRAMM staff !!!

The Christmas fairy tale did not happen 😡 and blame it on KILOGRAMM. The order through the site was placed at 15.00 with delivery at 18.00. Almost immediately, the administrator called and warned that the order will be executed around 19.00 🤔 OK. it's a holiday and they're reinsured, I thought. But at 18.37 we were told that they could at 20.00 and blah .. blah ... blah ... we have a technical failure. 😠 My family and I are already at the table, what sushi at 20.00 and what guarantees that they will be at all at the specified time. The order has been canceled, the mood is spoiled. Not the end of the story .... at 18.50 a call from the administrator with an apology and a compliment from the institution in the form of our order (free) at 20.20 and cancellation of my desire to write a review. OK. chance for rehabilitation .... the next call was at 21.42 "hello, did you cancel the order?" - I was asked. "Call me tomorrow," I replied. And here I am writing a review: no sushi, no compliment, no call ... let my experience be different to help. Good day!

I made an order at 16:45, self-delivery, an SMS came that the order was accepted. They called back and asked if I could pick it up at 18:00, plus or minus five minutes. It's a bit late for me, but okay, I agreed. At 18:00 I go up to get the order, the girl cannot find the order for a long time, then she says that she is almost ready, you just need to wait 15 minutes and she will immediately call when she is ready. It's been 20 minutes, no one calls. There is a crowd of people under the door, everyone is waiting and not for five minutes. As a result, I received the order half an hour later than the appointed time. Got a 10% discount, but I'd better pay more, but don't wait. And this is not an isolated case, but a common practice for them.
