The best option based on (price-quality) We are resting here for the second time. This year I even had to adjust my plans to get here. We tried to find an alternative, but we failed. I don’t know how to describe this place. It's really gorgeous here! A very thoughtful building. Neighbors do not bother each other. Each room has its own advantages. So you can't tell right away which option is better. The front door and windows are located on each side of the building. This is a general solution, as for me. You don't get the feeling of "Kommunalka". Even rooms without a terrace have their own small area of ​​personal space. The guest house offers a shared kitchen for use. We only used it twice, but for us it turned out to be a plus too. There is also a washing machine, for some it may be an important factor. We didn't need it, there are basins in the rooms))) Well, the biggest PLUS is, of course, the common TERRACE))) The sea view is mesmerizing. At first, you constantly take pictures against the background of ships entering the port. Then you get used to it))) In general, I like everything here. Nothing annoying. A place for those who love a quiet, relaxing holiday, without unnecessary fuss and noise. If you get bored, there are restaurants on the beach with reasonable prices. Summing up, I can recommend the Guest House "TERRACE". For me personally, this is the best deal for my money.

Finally got around to write a review. We rested in a guest house at the end of August. All liked it! The terrace is just super beautiful, clean and tidy everywhere. We did not go to the nearest beach - we liked the sand near the Poseidon hotel more - there is a lot of space, if you wish, you can rent sun loungers. If you want a relaxing holiday close to the sea, I can recommend the Terasse guest house. You will definitely like it!)

We rest 3 times. Of course, there are more people in 2020. All is well of the minuses only that in the 5th room noisy sewage prevents you from falling asleep quickly. In principle, an excellent option for a comfortable stay. On the minibus it is true to get far from the center. 20 minutes to the supermarket (ok)

We had a great time relaxing in Irochka. Very nice, bright and nice woman, God bless her! The sea is clean. The rooms are cozy and clean. The price is reasonable. Silence on the terrace. It is possible and necessary to have a rest there)
