1 year or so this shop was getting better, but know the staff don't seem to care. Today a simple task of buying a plastic container turned out to be a shouting match, with staff saying it's not up to them to check items on shelf and not up to them go check prices, and then that say what can we do. They don't seem to check that prices are current to goods on shelf, and when you get to check out, just shrug there shoulders and say so what, you want it or not. This shop has spent a lot of money improving its stock line, it's a sham that the staff have lost the customer service and gain a don't care attitude

Everything you need as far as kitchen and DIY needs are concerned but some of the ranges are a bit limited (think space is a factor) but a shop that tries to cater for everything, it more than likely has the bits you need. Layout quite OK and access to all areas workable plus the staff are helpful and can point you in the right direction.

Poor quality goods, few assistants, quite expensive, impossible to locate anything

I have used this shop for over one year know. And I must admit they have made a lot of improvements and the selection is getting better.

We just changed some money there, so Exchange is in place.
