You stand for a long and tedious time and wait for something when the employee remembers what you are waiting for - you forget why you came, as a result, you wait another 40 minutes until they give you a letter or a parcel, I go there every 6-8 months. Service for 1+, roughly 2! Useless crap! Which time to close for a long time!
