An employee who worked in the hall on 03/03/2019 allowed herself to behave very incorrectly with clients, raised her voice, threatened to drive out clients and close the office in the middle of the working day. I want to note that the clients of this department are mostly elderly people, displaced persons, who overcome a long hard road through checkpoints to get identification. It is very difficult for them to go through this procedure, so bank employees should be educated and responsive towards their customers.
