Nice service, though the neighborhood can be better

I have been a FUIB client since 2006 and today I faced an impossible situation: an amount exceeding my overdraft by 15,000 (by one of the Ukrainian liqpay payment systems) was fraudulently debited from my account. The bank not only held, but also refuses to register my complaint to them! Days without a block are immediately written off. Not surprising, but striking is the incompetence and complete lack of customer focus of the employees. It gets worse and worse every year. There are professionals, but there are very few of them left. The bulk of customer support is inexperienced young employees who are not suitable for the job. In a situation of fraud, the bank does not protect me (this is not the first time). The issue has not been resolved, no help has been provided! How can you carry out a fraudulent operation with writing off an unacceptable amount, money that was not there! Extremely upset. If the issue is not resolved in the near future, I will contact the police.

Pleasant employees. Everything is on the level, only cash desks work intermittently and one at a time !!! During working hours, only technical breaks of 10 minutes are recommended. Checkout lines are a poor indicator.
