I've always known that there are places that buy their reviews and this place is no stranger to the concept. Booked an appointment - upon coming in their rep couldn't find my booking, their shady barber couldn't perform, messed up and kept apologizing. I rather get my hair cut by a madman with a chainsaw then ever come back here. Want a good haircut? Avoid this place like the plague, just terrible.
