As a result, the lady put one seal on top of the other, as if duplicating. And this is not the first time. And with the look that everything is fine. When you ask to fix it, in such cases the printer does not print. Once, only in the spring of 2020, a bank employee, having caught a mistake, printed another document for me herself. And in other cases, almost always, the printer does not print or something else. Because the payment was made at home through OTP Smart, and not at their bank branch.

It would be less, I would bet less! We created an electronic queue and they themselves let the numbers higher, having jumped over your number and just to pick up the card they waited about two hours !!! The incompetence of this bank is off the charts!

I have been a client of this grief bank for several years. Since father is a sailor, forced to use. Previously, you could order money by phone, now they require a personal presence, which is extremely inconvenient. Since you need to ask for leave from work. And on this day no one will give money, you need to wait about 2 days. I am silent 🤐 already for the commission, for any reason and without. A month ago, the power of attorney for cash was redone, so they even demanded payment for it 🙄 cashiers are always dissatisfied with life, they want to serve you very “promptly”. In this regard, and constant queues. Maybe there would be less of them if there were at least one more department in the Village. Personally, I do not recommend the bank 🏦 For the money that they pull from you, I would like better service.

This bank is not even worth one unit. Incompetent workers. Boorish attitude. Engage in fraud! Go around this bank.
