On the action 2 for the price of one on July 18, a bracelet and earrings were ordered with delivery to the New mail office. After unpacking, it was found that the bracelet was defective (one stone missing). As stated in the instructions on the site, on the same day I turned to the hotline and reported the marriage. To which the consultant offered to send for a 2-week examination with a subsequent refund, and at a promotional cost of UAH 1386 (full 2495) and I can place the order again. I say the product was promotional now the promotion is over and you offer me to buy it again at full price ??! They say to me like yes, the action was only two days! Naturally, I did not agree with the request to replace me with the same one, at the same price, but of high quality! I got a call back within an hour and was informed that according to the company's procedure, this CANNOT be done and only warranty repair or refund is possible. Refunds are not interesting to me! And I was offered to contact the store to issue an act for warranty repairs! Okay! I'm going to the office. Shop with everything that I was given to the NP. At the store, a very polite girl said that how could this not be changed? Why do you need mechanical intervention in a new product? Of course you can Change! Now we will arrange everything! During registration, besides all Pandora's documents, I only had a fiscal receipt of Payment from NP, to which I was told: “No! This check is not enough! I also need a receipt for payment of the IR. But I was given only this one for the NP. As a result, the consultants send me to the NP department for this fictitious check without which, according to YOUR procedure, it is IMPOSSIBLE to issue an exchange! But Novaya Pochta politely informs me that when paying by card, only a fiscal receipt is issued! What you obviously should have known when entering into partnership agreements! As a result, I am a person who ordered delivery precisely in order not to waste time visiting the store, I am going to you for the second time! And what a miracle was enough for a fiscal check to process the exchange! And they solemnly promise me to contact in 14 days and inform about the result of the Expertise. Well, I think at least it’s 14 days, but still the company is worried about the reputation and there will be an exchange and already without marriage! It's been two weeks I'm calling the store myself! They cannot find my act. They ask to send a receipt for receiving the goods. I sent it. They call back. With grief in half, it turned out that the procedure is still such that first there will be a refund to the card, and only then the purchase of a new product and it seems like for the same money. But now you need to fill out the return certificate, which for some reason was not immediately completed on the spot! I say this is that I go to the store for the third time to fill out ???! No .. I'll tell you to fill in the mail. Thrown off .. filled in. I sent it. No, it doesn't fit. The signature must be handwritten. Go now print and send a photo of the deed with a handwritten signature! A question for you, dear Pandora: “Why do I have to walk forward / backward so many times? Why is it impossible to correctly inform the first time? Why, seeing that there was not enough data within two weeks, you did not contact for clarification? And why, having ordered delivery in order to save my time, should I waste this time on unnecessary actions due to your incompetence? I'm waiting for a solution to the issue.

A Pandora bracelet and a bead were purchased. It was very pleased. However, 1.5 months after the purchase and wearing of the product. Randomly noticed that in the middle of the bracelet the link is slightly moving away. Naturally I turned to the store where the product was purchased for advice and help solving my problem. The product was sent for examination. After that, the result is that this problem with the product is not a warranty case because the product was in use and has frayed. Well, how they should not be if the bracelet is designed to be worn, it is natural. How mechanical damage could occur if the bracelet did not fall, my hand was not pinched anywhere and this problem is in the middle of the product. Without a microscope, you can consider that the product just inside has a short antennae in the connection of the links, and this is not the customer’s fault! Despite the fact that the bracelet is not deformed and without obvious dents! I am very disappointed that such a branded company could not immediately solve the problem, in order to avoid the negative from the client. All the same, throws it to the client !!! Tipo these are your problems. Previously, not one purchase was made in this store. And such an attitude towards the client was unexpected. Of course, I will not recommend to friends and acquaintances after such a situation, because there is no customer focus in the company. If a problem occurs, the client must solve the problem himself! They don’t need customers! So it’s not worth buying anything from them, there will be no joy !!!
