In general, otolaryngologists are a terrible topic for me🤪 (children's phobia), but it doesn't matter) When I got to Oksana Serhiivna Ostapenko's doctor, this fear was forever pushed out of my life. Having been diagnosed with "chronic tonsillitis", I realized that I would not run away from tonsilloctomy a second time. At that time, Ms. Oksana knew that I did not want it, so we decided to try conservative treatment. (For which I am very grateful) And here the course of treatment passes, as I once again once a month start to be ill and to take antibiotics. Conservative treatment is over, now I am preparing for tonsilloctomy. Arriving at the destination, I was very surprised. The ward met my expectations, and the staff around me did not disappoint. The anesthesiologist turned out to be a wonderful and positive woman. Tonsiloctomy is successful, I quickly recover from anesthesia, despite the fact that this is my first serious operation. There is no blood, the seams are symmetrical. Everyone is standing next to me like a bird, asking how I feel. I'm glad this is the beginning of my new life) Recovery continues, the pain gradually decreases. Always in touch with Oksana Sergeevna, who supports me. We were with the child at the reception in the Laura-Rozhitsina Elena Vladimirovna. I do not recommend anyone visit this specialist. The attitude is worse than in the free clinic. We made an appointment at 15.00, and got to her only at 15.25, this is, firstly, and secondly, this is a hung-up woman who has no children of her own who treats patients with charity. She is interested not at all in the child, but in her parents. Elena Vladimirovna is a very unpleasant person. After visiting this doctor, there was only a negative impression about this clinic, although there are pleasant staff at the reception. I have not met such unpleasant people for a long time. I advise you, Elena Vladimirovna, to restrain your emotions about other people's children, and pay more attention to the patient's health. After visiting this specialist, the desire to use the services of this clinic has disappeared. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone, in a word, HORROR.

I went to the clinic with nose problems. I got to the otolaryngologist Ostapenko Oksana Sergeevna. The problem became clear after the first admission and initially they tried to eliminate it without radical intervention, with medication, which could help, but in fact did not give much result. After that, they additionally conducted a comprehensive examination (CT + tests) and decided to carry out the operation. It was carried out quickly enough, was prescribed in just a couple of days and a couple of days later was discharged from the hospital. I was very pleased, now I breathe much better, although there is still a recovery period. I was pleased with the use of modern technologies. Earlier I already had a nose operation and that time the recovery was much more difficult. I would like to note the comfortable rooms and offices. Thanks to the good helpful and helpful staff. I will not say that everything in this clinic is absolutely perfect, there were confusion with making an appointment and problems with opening the CT scan, but if you rewind time to sleep, then I would come to this clinic again to this doctor. I will not say about other specialists, but there is no cardiologist, specifically, a specialist in decoding daily ECG monitoring data in this clinic on Ushakov Street. And all this became clear after the fact. The Holter apparatus was installed on Wednesday, December 23, at 10:15 am, and the doctor did not even give a form for recording the loads and condition during the day - it's good that he had already gone through this procedure earlier and wrote everything down on a piece of paper in the form necessary for decoding. A day later, on the morning of December 24, I came to remove the Holter apparatus - for a long time they could not find a doctor to remove the apparatus, in the end it was done by a completely different doctor, after at the reception, a pretty woman assured me that the results would be sent to me on the vibe the next day, December 25. I waited the whole next day on December 25, in the evening I called the consultant and then it turned out that ... my data had not even been taken to the "heart center" (!!!), that they would be taken only on Monday, December 28, and that the ECG would be decoded in within TWO days! I called on December 30, at first we could not find the results, I said that my visit to the cardiologist might "fail", then after 10 minutes they found and sent the results. Conclusion: there is no order in the organization of work, there is no specialist on decoding the results, very long processing of the results.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this medical institution to visit, although it would be convenient for me to visit this particular clinic in the future.

I highly recommend if you have a choice between different medical centers. An additional advantage is reasonable prices for high quality. And when it was necessary to make a flu vaccine, all clinics did not have a vaccine and they have one. I have a long way to go from Obolon district - but it's worth it!
