I contacted this clinic for reviews and recommendations about the pediatrician, Stoyko Daria Valerievna, back in 2017 with her first child. The doctor immediately found an approach, this is very important for me. Before that, they were served in Dobrobut, where basically all the attention is on the parent, and not on the child. We are pleased with the prices for services - very affordable! After the prescribed treatment, after 2 days the doctor called to see if there was any improvement. It won me over. The appointments are all verified, nothing more. The eldest asks when is the next vaccination to see Aunt Dasha. All the medical staff are welcoming, at the reception they remember that we are on insurance and prepare the necessary documents in advance. After vaccination, the nurse calls back the next day to find out the child's condition. I am satisfied with everything. With the birth of the second child, the question did not arise - only in Mother's house!

Addition to the review: They called from the store's support, apologized for the inconvenience, presented a small certificate, and promised to improve their work in the future. This means that the administration does not care how their business develops and what customers think of the store, which in turn gives hope for good service in the future. Original review: There are no complaints about the girls working in the offline store. Everyone is trying to help and suggest, very polite. Bad review for support and online store in general! Worse than an online store, I have never met, all orders made through their miracle site are never sent the same as they were in your order. Always (really always) things in orders are not sent the same as you ordered. Something from the order was not brought (at the same time, during the confirmation of the order, everything is supposedly in stock), something of a different color (really nonsense, think? Ordered for a girl, brought for a boy, and so it will do). And this is on an ongoing basis! The last straw was my desire to buy a stroller and car seats in the online store, with a total amount of more than UAH 30,000, and what do you think they promised to call me back, and they simply hammered (at the time of the recall, a week had already passed since my call). Apparently the covid and the crisis did not affect them, and the online store is doing excellently (hardly judging by their work), if such orders are not important for them. As a result, they made an order in another store. So I advise you to buy only in the store (physically), and bypass the online store the tenth way!

It is a pleasure to come to you every time. The prices are affordable and the level of service is high. SMS notification, Viber support, call 🛎 control are very important. We have been going here to the clinic since 2018, when our son was born. This is the best clinic! There were times when we had to go to other private clinics, but we like Mother's house the most. Pediatricians are wonderful, adequate specialists. Service at the highest level, girls from the reception, 👋 hello))) My son likes it here. She even trusts to take tests or to inject vaccinations, does not cry) here they find an approach to children and it's great! The prices are also very adequate, not sky-high. And the store downstairs. There are toys and clothes, shoes, food and other accessories for mothers)

Since the birth of our daughter, we have been going to Mother's House on Williams Street to see the doctor Daria Valerievna. We are very satisfied with the adequacy, prescriptions and doctor's advice. We do vaccinations only here. Administrators provide excellent advice, advise what is needed and book a vaccine. The nurse shows the packaging, expiration dates, unpacks the vaccine in front of us and waits for it to warm up at room temp. On the second day they call to find out how they feel. In general, we are happy with everything, thanks to all the staff for this approach to work!
