Very clean rooms. The staff is very kind. Everything needed available in the rooms. Closed parking available. The road to the hotel needs some repairs, but understood that the hotel is newly opened and they intend to repair it in the near future. Very good price for this quality.

* A review rather about the experience around the hotel and why we never checked into this hotel * I will say one thing - we were lucky that we did not have time to pay for the reservation. We looked at the photo-like norms, let's go. We arrived and frankly saw the light! Since the reviews are good, the question is who writes them ?! The hotel is located in an industrial zone, the road is dead, past factories, car repairs, garages, a beach near the hotel in cobblestones, a stinking rotting sea, a dirty beach with labels, gobies, seeds, etc., in short, the photo provided by the hotel does not correspond to reality; I will say one thing, I have not seen such beaches yet, the contingent there is appropriate, there is something like a drink near the hotel. We were lucky, we were in a car, so we left calmly, did not even take a picture of all this disgrace, we were very tired from the road. But there are people who pay for the reservation and come without a car, they cannot go anywhere, this is sadness and disappointment. The hotel was rebuilt, but no one thought of putting the yarns in order. Despite the fact that the beach looks decent in the photo, it is very strange for the hotel management to take such photos in the hope that people will make an advance payment and stay with them to relax! This is Odessa, everyone goes to Odessa for the sake of the sea and relaxation, why deceive people and add photos that are completely untrue. I was ready for the hotel in the industrial zone (although the industrial zone there is just awful, imagine the worst version of the industrial zone, this is it, I did not even suspect the existence of such Odessa) In general, I do not recommend it!

Stayed at Fan Fan for 3 days. Rooms are clean and well appointed. The area is well maintained, there are many areas for recreation (barbecue). There is a swimming pool, though small and with a good crowd of guests, it becomes difficult to swim there, especially with a child. For children, all the fun is a trampoline that stands in the sun all day! I would also like to mention the kitchen. A very good chef, who can prepare diet meals if needed. They do not have a children's menu, but they met us halfway and prepared dietary meals on request. The only thing that really upset was the beach itself and the sea. Very dirty! And in the mornings, sometimes it smelled very much of the sewer! The territory of the hotel itself is well-groomed, but outside of it the view is very sad! Cranes, solid pipes, dilapidated buildings and construction! Also, I would like to note that the kitchen is open only until 8 pm and closes. Also, please note that if you want to order yourself, for example, pizza delivery, then most pizzerias do not deliver food to this address. In general, if it were not for the sea and the beach, which are in such a deplorable state, then my mark would have been higher, and so honestly, earned 3!

Loved the hotel, nice staff, clean rooms, the food in the cafe is tasty and at a nice price, the location is convenient, not far from the center, plus it is located on the beach. There is also a swimming pool on site. I advise everyone

If you want to spoil the impression of Odessa, you should definitely stay at this hotel! And now, in order. Calling it the first line is the same as calling, for example, Troyeshchina (for those in the know) Manhattan - the hotel itself is located on the territory of the industrial zone, the sea is all covered with rotting algae that emit a disgusting smell. But the surprise is that the pipe through which all the sewage of the city comes out is also on this "first line." Okay, we thought, let's go sunbathing somewhere else. Breakfast (included) .... you can talk a lot about this phenomenon in this hotel ... But when they offered Nescafe (instant), and natural coffee for money (and different waitresses had different prices for it), it immediately became clear , how will events go on in terms of nutrition! We didn't manage to have lunch there either - from the menu 80% no! We tried (for money) to order cheese cakes for breakfast, but it turned out to be a big problem too! Honestly, you won't even wish the enemy, and especially for that kind of money! (
