We rested here this summer. The conditions are good, new renovation, as we understand it has been working for the first year. The main thing for us was the proximity to the sea (2-3 minutes walk to the beach) and the presence of supermarkets (Metro, ATB) right next to the house. The owners are unobtrusive, they told me everything. Recommend! Let's go back.
