I applied to this pharmacy constantly, over the last week I left about 5000 UAH. Today, buying the next drugs, at the time the payment was made, my wife called and canceled 1 drug (not the cheapest 243 UAH). I didn't even take the medicine in my hands and ask to return this drug, for which I get a categorical no, they say there is a law. I ask you to return it a few more times (in other pharmacies I had a similar situation, they always met halfway). No. Moreover, one of the pharmacists (a woman of about 50) has already begun to shout that we will not change anything and switch to a high-pitched tone of conversation. I called the hotline - the answer is: decide with the head of the pharmacy. There is nothing we can do. I ask the head of the pharmacy - the answer is, it is a day off, we will not bother him and we will not call anyone. And no one will return anything to you. Bottom line: this pharmacy has zero customer-orientation (they look only towards their own benefit), boorish staff (management, pay attention to the pharmacist, a woman of about 50, was on shift 27/12/2020), a hotline that should help solve non-standard situations just kicks back to the pharmacy. I will never go to this pharmacy chain again and do not advise anyone to go there. There are other pharmacies nearby in the same building. Pharmacy management, I ask you to hold a conversation with the aforementioned pharmacists regarding communication with customers in a raised voice.
