Disgusting attitude towards people! I was in a hurry to send a parcel from Odessa to Kiev, I arrived at the department at 16.30, the staff said that they no longer accepted the parcels, which I was very surprised and upset, because I had to go to another place with the parcel! that the work schedule is indicated from 8.00 to 17.00 and a break from 12.00 to 13.00! Leaving the department I called the support service, they answered that the parcels should be accepted until 17.00! I returned and said to send the parcel, to which I heard that they were supposed to be the same people are in a hurry to go home, but they sent it! I needed it urgently, so I paid for express delivery (there is an extra charge for express delivery and it should arrive within 3 days, and the standard is 5 days) and their package! The total came out 41 UAH! expensive, BUT the parcel was sent on 08.07, and arrived in Kiev on 13.07 at the Ukrposhta Piterskaya 16, which also works on weekends (by the way, there were never any problems with this mail). The conclusion is that on the new mail sending my parcel at the cost would be same but she would have come the next day and without unnecessary hemorrhoids !!!!
