I received SMS notifications from Ukrposhta that my parcel arrived at branch 65029, although I usually pick it up at another branch of the parcel. I show the mailbox employee an SMS, after an unsuccessful attempt to find the parcel, they look at me like a fool and say that the parcel should come to another branch at my address! It is not clear now where to find my package and why send messages with false information?
