Terrible, I ordered a parcel from France, it was already a month and a half soon, I stayed at the customs in Kiev for two weeks for a duty, the amount was 100.10 cents, I called myself, knocked my parcel from the customs in Kiev, they answered your parcel for so long, because the ukr mail does not send us an invoice for it, she dropped it all in five minutes, a day later the parcel was in the city, but now it lies with them at the department, for several days and the courier cannot bring it, he probably has no time, I live in two stops from the department I would have picked it up myself, but it weighs seven kg and I paid 42 euros for its delivery, this is how Ukrainian mail works, the hotline cannot help) made a complaint, it will be examined for a week.
