Terribly. Family doctor Shvets did not provide any assistance to an elderly man with Kovid, which led to serious consequences. There was no help at all, no advice, nothing at all.

Very nice and friendly staff. They always answer any questions, smile, try to help and suggest. We are serviced by Lyakh Marina Yurievna, a very competent and highly qualified specialist. I recommend 👍🏻

Good doctors and attitude to people

Medical staff has a good, pleasant internal view of the hospital, but there are kilometer-long queues in the registry: one person works and then works with patients from the queue, then does some technical work (doctor’s house requests, phone calls, paperwork) - came 4 times and each time the turn was never able to draw up an agreement with the attending physician. But to take another employee to the registry to help - nothing.

Good outpatient clinic with friendly and competent staff.
